Slow Setting Emulsion — Prime Coat Grade

A specially formulated oil-based bitumen emulsion engineered for superior performance in Prime Coat applications. Features low viscosity, extended setting time, and excellent stability when mixed with cement — ensuring optimal penetration and bonding with granular base surfaces.
